Welcome to the Istrian Villas Plava Laguna. To make your stay as memorable as possible we have prepared the Premium Services presented in this guide.

Enjoy your mornings with a tasty selection of breakfasts delivered right to your Villa, or share great moments with your family and friends while you fire up a barbecue with selected meat and fish products offered by our chefs.

Your children are also important; if you’d like to celebrate your kid’s birthday with that special touch let us organize a birthday party in the company of our friendly staff.

To get your day off to a good start and keep you relaxed, we recommend our breakfast service and fresh bread and baked goods delivered right to your Villa. Later in the day, let our chefs clean and prepare meat and fish for you. Then you can take over and fire up the barbecue in a true Mediterranean ambience. If you want to give in completely to our chefs’ gastronomic delights, you can dine at the Ô Grille and Al Mare restaurants.

Breakfast delivery to the Villa is charged 7,00 € per order.

Breakfast in the Villa is served any time between 8:00am and noon.

Delivery of bread and rolls to the Villa is charged 2,20 € per order. Bread and rolls are delivered any time between 8:00am and noon.

Choose whichever rolls you like. There are a total of 8 rolls per order.

The fee for delivery of meat and fish to the Villa is charged 7,00 € per order. The minimum order is one package per type of meat or fish.

Meat and fish are delivered any time between 8:00am and 6:00pm.

To enjoy breakfast and dinner service at the Al Mare restaurant, all you need to do is contact the reception desk. You can reserve this service during your stay at the Villas or immediately before each use of the service.

The wine & cocktail mini-bar is available at Villas based on the current price list, located above the mini-bar.

The villa boasts a mini bar with a wide choice of non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks. Use the professional cocktail set and try your hand at making refreshing summer beverages following the recipes of our master mixologists:

Long Island iced tea

• 1.5 cl tequila
• 1.5 cl vodka
• 1.5 cl rum
• 1.5 cl gin
• 2.5 cl lemon juice
• 5 cl Coca-Cola
• A slice of lime or lemon
• Ice

Preparation: Fill the shaker with ice and add vodka, gin, rum and tequila. Shake well and pour into a glass filled with ice. Top with Coca-Cola and a lemon wedge.

Cuba libre

• 12 cl Coca-Cola
• 5 cl rum
• 1 cl lime or lemon juice
• A slice of lime or lemon

Preparation: Pour rum, lime or lemon juice and Coca-Cola into a glass half-filled with ice. Stir using a mixing spoon and decorate with a lime or lemon wedge.

Gin tonic

• 3 cl gin
• 2,2 cl tonic
• Ice
• A slice of lime or lemon

Preparation: Pour gin, then tonic into a glass filled with ice. Decorate with a lime or lemon wedge.

Caprioska

• 5 cl vodka
• 1 fresh lime
• 2 teaspoons of brown sugar

Preparation: Slice the lime into wedges. Place sugar and lime into a glass and muddle. Then pour in vodka and muddle again, before adding ice and decorating with a lime or lemon wedge.

Mojito

• 6 cl white rum
• 3 cl lime juice (freshly squeezed)
• 3 cl club soda/sparkling water
• A couple of fresh mint leaves
• Crushed ice
• 2 teaspoons of brown sugar

Preparation: Slice the lime into wedges. Muddle the sugar and lime in a glass, then add ice and pour over the rum. Garnish with a couple of mint leaves, top up with club soda and stir.

To make your stay at the Villa more comfortable, we recommend the following additional services:

A birthday party to remember! The little celebrants and their friends will be thrilled by this themed party with games, dancing and lots of fun. Plus, a special guest – our mascot Pepi – will wish them a happy birthday!

Choose between a 1- or 2-hour programme, for up to 20 guests. The price includes room decoration, animation and entertainment program with two costumed animators and a 15-minute participation of the mascot Pepi.

The friendly staff at the reception desk will let you know what we offer. Please order this service at least 48 hours in advance. The service is available during the period of animation programs.
