house rules
In order to ensure you have a pleasant stay and to prevent any possible misunderstanding during your stay in our villas, please observe the following house rules:
- Only a person who has registered at the reception desk may use the villa accommodation. On the day of arrival, the room is at your disposal from 2 p.m.
- Short stays will be calculated and charged upon arrival and longer stays every seven days. Additional services used during your stay, such as use of the phone, mini-bar and similar services, will subsequently be calculated and charged in accordance with the applicable pricelist.
- Upon arrival, please register your personal vehicle or motorcycle at the reception desk, otherwise we cannot be held liable for any damage that may occur in the villas parking lot.
- For privacy purposes there is a safe at your disposal in the room. Park Resort is not responsible for valuables left in rooms. Please report any possible loss or any found items to the reception.
- In case of any problems in your room or other complaints, please contact the reception staff.
- For your own safety and that of your children, please observe all notices and prohibition signs, as well as any warnings from the staff. Do not leave underage children unsupervised. Please report immediately any potential danger jeopardising the health and life of guests or staff to the reception staff.
- Please take care of the villa property and equipment. Villa inventory (linen, towels, etc.) must not be removed from the room. Please note that you are responsible for any damage caused by you or any person you are responsible for and that you are obligated to compensate for any damage.
- Room visits are not allowed without the knowledge and approval of the reception staff.
- Pets are allowed for a fee according to the applicable pricelist. Dog owners must control and keep the dogs on a leash, taking care they do not soil the common surfaces and areas of the resort. Owners must remove any excrement and deposit it in dog waste containers.
- Smoking is prohibited in the indoor public areas.
- Please do not disturb the peace and quiet between midnight and 7 a.m.
- Please inform the reception staff of any early departure no later than by 10 a.m. of the day before your departure. Otherwise we will be obliged to charge you for the entire day.
- On the day of your departure, please vacate your room (check-out) by 10 a.m. If you keep the room after this time, you will be charged for the entire day. If you wish to stay longer, please contact the reception staff.
- Any guests not observing these house rules, and guests whose behaviour disrupts the peace and quiet and disturbs other guests, will be asked to leave and the remainder of their stay cancelled. We will be obliged to charge for any intentionally caused damage. Guests are considered to be familiar with the house rules and to have accepted the obligations and conditions stated in them as soon as registration has been completed. Please notify any complaints you may have during your stay so that we might react in a timely fashion and make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Useful information on the services and facilities offered by our Park Resort
CHECK-OUT TIME
On the day of your departure, please vacate your room (check-out) by 10 a.m. If you keep the room after that time, you will be charged for the entire day. If you are interested in an extended stay, please contact the reception staff. In order to avoid queues at the reception desk early in the morning, you can settle your bill a day earlier.
PARKING
Upon arrival, please register your personal vehicle or motorcycle at the reception desk and pay the parking fee according to the valid price list.
WAKE- UP SERVICE
A wake-up service is available. Please contact the reception staff.
LUGGAGE
For assistance with luggage and possible safe keeping, please contact the reception.
MINI-BAR
Consumption of beverages from the mini-bar will be charged in keeping with the pricelist and charged to your room. Please enter any consumption on the form and give it to the reception staff. If you need to have your mini-bar refilled or if you have any additional requirements, please contact the reception. Please do not use the mini-bar for any other purposes.
VALUABLES
For privacy purposes there is a safe at your disposal in the room. The hotel is not responsible for valuables left in hotel rooms. Please report any possible loss or any found items to the reception. Instructions for use of the safe are on the safe deposit box.
PHOTOCOPYING
A photocopying service is available for a fee in accordance with the applicable pricelist. Please contact the reception staff.
Linen and towels
A towel exchange service is available daily. Linen is replaced every 2 days or whenever necessary. In order to make your stay as comfortable as possible, our housekeeping staff will gladly help you if you need additional pillows, sheets, towels or toiletries.To protect the environment and ensure rational energy consumption, please only leave the towels you wish to have replaced in the bathtub or shower.

WASHING AND IRONING
The form for washing and ironing clothes and the bag for clothes are in your closet. Please fill in the form, keep the first copy for yourself and leave the other copy in the bag with the clothes. Leave the bag at the reception. Washing and ironing services are charged in accordance with the applicable pricelist. For all further information, please contact the reception desk.
DRY CLEANING
A dry cleaning service is available Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Clothes will be returned on the next working day. Please contact the reception desk.
COT
Available at request. Please contact the reception staff.

Local voltage is 220 V.
KITCHEN
The kitchen of the villa is equipped with cooking and eating utensils, electric cooking plate, microwave oven, toaster, filter coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher and garden grill.
Air-conditioning and heating
To save energy and protect the environment, please keep windows and doors closed while cooling or heating your room. In case of any difficulty or doubt, please contact the reception staff.
PETS
Pets are allowed for a fee according to the applicable pricelist. Dog owners must control and keep the dogs on a leash, taking care they do not soil the common surfaces and areas of the resort. Owners must remove any excrement and deposit it in dog waste containers. Please place a “DOG IN THE APARTMENT” sign on the outside of the villa entrance door.
Damage and malfunctions
Despite our constant supervision, the possibility exists that something in your room is not in working order. If this is the case, please inform the reception desk by 10 p.m. We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Open in the high season, except in the case of poor weather. Make yourself comfortable in the swimming pool, order your favourite cocktail and enjoy yourself!
PACKED LUNCH
If you are unable to use the meal services in our restaurant, please cancel your meal in exchange for a packed lunch one day in advance (by 8 p.m. at the latest) at the reception.

ANIMATION & ENTERTAINMENT
Animation and entertainment programs are available only in the high season. The daily and weekly shows and entertainment schedule is available on the information board in the lobby.
PLAYGROUND
Situated in the center of the resort. Please do not leave children unsupervised at the playground.
SWIMMING POOL, CHILDREN’S SWIMMING POOL
Guests of the villa can enjoy the outdoor freshwater swimming pool, while in the Resort are located the Relax pool (near the hotel), Activity pool for children with water attractions and a Baby swimming pool (in the central part of the resort).
SUN LOUNGERS
Take advantage of the free sun loungers next to the swimming pool. Sun loungers cannot be reserved and if you leave a towel on a lounger and do not appear for over one hour, it will be considered free.
SWIMMING POOL TOWELS
The towel service is free of charge. Please obtain a Towel Card at the reception by leaving a security deposit of 15,00 €. You may obtain a swimming pool and beach towel by presenting the TOWEL CARD to the swimming pool attendant. When you return the towel, you will be given the card back. Please return the card when you check out. Otherwise we will withhold the security deposit of 15,00 €.
WELLNESS AND FITNESS
The hotel wellness centre features Finnish, Turkish, Russian and infrared saunas, hydromassage, relax oasis, massage parlor and fitness. Contact the reception for all information.
MASSAGE
A massage parlour is situated next to the Relax pool and in wellness centre. For all information and reservations, please contact the parlour staff.

Due to the large number of excursion organizers, some of whom are unreliable, please buy excursions only from the representatives of your tour operator. This will help you avoid possible unpleasantness and disappointment.
LOCAL TRANSPORT
In summer, the hotel is connected with the town via a tourist train. Tickets can be purchased directly from the transport company and timetables can be checked on the information board in the lobby.

HELP US PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT
Plava Laguna is dedicated to environmental protection and sustainability – that is why we adopted our own sustainable business policy. Our goal is to reduce the impact of our facilities on the surrounding environment by implementing best practices and using natural resources carefully. We know you care about the environment, so we kindly ask you help us achieve our goals by complying with the following measures:
- Save water – Water is a rare resource that directly affects the environment, so let’s try and reduce our water usage wherever possible. Help us by closing the taps while you shampoo your hair or brush your teeth and using the short cycle when you flush the toilet.
- Save energy – Please turn off lights when you are not using them. As the temperature in the rooms is regulated by an automated climate control system, please keep all doors and windows closed to allow the functioning of the system.
- Reduce waste – Please put all waste and cigarette ends in the corresponding garbage bins.
- Recycle – Please put paper, plastic bottles and cans in the corresponding waste bins.
- Prevent water and soil pollution – To reduce the risk of pollution, please take care when using greasy liquids and fuels. In the event of an accident, please contact our staff, who will assist you and provide you with a grease absorbent material.
- Animal protection – Please do not feed the birds, cats and other animals in the resort, as this may seriously undermine their natural balance.

Your safety
Please familiarize yourself with emergency evacuation routes and exits depicted in the plan on your room entrance door. By acting responsibly, you contribute to your own safety and the safety of other guests and hotel employees. Please be cautious and careful to prevent possible fires.
In the event of fire or smoke in the room
Call reception by dialling 9, state your room number and give an accurate description of the situation. If the room is filled with smoke, cover your mouth, nose and eyes with a moist handkerchief or towel. Leave the room and close the door behind you. Follow the green signs in the hallways. Do not use the elevator as it will stop in the case of danger, but use the stairs as shown in the evacuation plan.
Fire alarm
If the door is not hot, open it carefully, leave the room and start walking towards the closest evacuation exit. Take your key with you, so you can return to your room if the evacuation route is inaccessible. If the hallway is filled with smoke, cover your mouth, nose and eyes with a moist handkerchief or towel. When escaping down smoky hallways, bend down, as the smoke is thinner near the floor. Follow the green signs in the hallways. Do not use the elevator as it will stop in the case of danger, but use the stairs as shown in the evacuation plan.
Staying in your room
If the door is hot, do not open it. Line the door and ventilation openings with moist towels, linen and clothes to prevent the inflow of smoke and poisonous gases. Call reception by dialling 9 and tell the staff where you are. Stay calm and wait for further instructions. Stand by the window to be visible from the outside. Wait for the firemen.
Fire prevention:
- do not smoke in bed
- do not empty ashtrays into the garbage bin
- do not leave electrical appliances turned on, or leave burning candles and similar items unattended.
